Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:

As a User, you have the right to withdraw consent given at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the process carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
You also have the right to submit a claim to the supervisory authority if you believe that your rights may have been violated in relation to the protection of your personal data (agpd.es).

Information we collect
We obtain the minimum and indispensable information through a registration form. In this form you will provide the following information: name, surnames, telephone, e-mail and other contact information that may be necessary.

Video surveillance

Derechos de las personas interesadas

Obtenemos mediante formulario de registro la información mínima e indispensable. En dicho formulario usted facilitará los siguientes datos: nombre, apellidos, teléfono, e-mail y otro dato de contacto que sea necesario.
A través de esta Política de Privacidad le informamos que las fotografías y los textos que estén colgadas en la web son propiedad de ES BEC MENORCA 2016, S.L., incluyendo las de los menores, en las que, para la obtención de estas, se ha obtenido el consentimiento previo de los padres, tutores o representantes legales mediante la firma de los formularios realizados al efecto por los centros en los cuales los menores forman parte.
Videovigilancia
En algunos puntos de venta se captan imágenes con los únicos fines indicados en el apartado de finalidades de la presente política de privacidad y/o a petición de autoridades públicas.
Disponemos de circular informativa a petición de los interesados que la soliciten y de un logo de zona videovigilada ubicado en lugar previo a la cámara y suficientemente visible que informa que el lugar es un establecimiento videovigilado.
Las imágenes captadas por las cámaras se limitarán al establecimiento público de que se trate. No se captarán imágenes de la vía pública a excepción de una franja mínima de los accesos al establecimiento.
El sistema de grabación se ubicará en un lugar vigilado o de acceso restringido. A las imágenes obtenidas accederá sólo la persona autorizada y serán conservadas durante un plazo máximo de un mes desde su captación.
Redes sociales

Idioma
El idioma aplicable a esta Política de Privacidad es el español. Por tanto, en caso de que hubiera alguna contradicción en alguna de las versiones facilitadas en otros idiomas, prevalecerá la versión en español.
Cambios en la presente Política de Privacidad

A todos los efectos las relaciones entre ES BEC MENORCA 2016, S.L. con los Usuarios de sus servicios telemáticos, presentes en esta Web, están sometidos a la legislación y jurisdicción española a la que se someten expresamente las partes, siendo competentes por la resolución de todos los conflictos derivados o relacionados con su uso los Juzgados y Tribunales de Palma de Mallorca.
